To provide every Ethiopian driver with accurate, honest, and professional vehicle care using modern diagnostic technology.
Our Story
Built for Ethiopian Drivers, Powered by Expertise
Tehetna Diagnostic Garage was founded with a clear purpose: to bring world-class automotive diagnostic and repair services to drivers in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. We saw a need for a garage that combines modern diagnostic technology with skilled, honest technicians who genuinely care about keeping vehicles safe and reliable.
Located around 02 Market Road in Addis Ababa, our garage serves all vehicle owners — from Toyota and Hyundai drivers to those with newer BYD electric vehicles. As EVs grow in Ethiopia, we are proud to be one of the few garages fully equipped and trained to service them.
Every repair we perform is backed by advanced diagnostic equipment, genuine spare parts, and a commitment to transparent, fair service. We explain what needs to be done, why it needs to be done, and how much it will cost — before we start any work.

Our Values
The Principles Behind Every Repair We Do
Accurate Diagnostics First
We never guess. Every repair starts with proper diagnostic assessment using modern OBD-II tools and professional equipment to identify the exact problem before any work begins.
Complete Transparency
We explain every repair in clear language, show you the diagnostic results, and provide a full cost estimate before starting. No surprise bills — ever.
Quality Parts & Materials
We use genuine and quality-certified spare parts, oils, and lubricants. Your vehicle deserves the right components — not cheap substitutes that fail prematurely.
Continuous Technician Training
Our mechanics receive ongoing training in the latest automotive technologies — including electric vehicle systems — to stay current with the vehicles Ethiopian drivers use.
Safety is Non-Negotiable
Every safety-critical system — brakes, steering, suspension — is inspected and repaired to the highest standards. We will not return a vehicle to the road if it is not safe.
Customer Respect & Comfort
We treat every customer with respect, communicate clearly, and provide a comfortable waiting environment with free WiFi and café service while your vehicle is being serviced.
